Services

BRH Ventures Inc. provides professional roofing, gutter, siding, and sheet metal construction services. All services are subject to:

• Written estimates and contracts
• Local building codes and regulations
• Weather conditions and material availability
• Property access and site conditions

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Generally:

• Deposits may be required for materials and scheduling
• Progress payments may be requested for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion and approval
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in your service contract. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers.

Limitation of Liability

BRH Ventures Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.
